The Pre-Primary Center is a Midland Public school, committed to our smallest learners for their biggest future. We are proud to be in the newly renovated historical Carpenter Street School building. Our focus is on foundational skills to help students to be active learners in a lifelong journey. We are home to all Developmental Kindergarten classrooms, two tuition based four-year-old preschool classrooms, two GSRP preschool classrooms, as well as a tuition based three year old preschool classroom. Our staff is dedicated to nurturing the whole child and walk alongside parents as partners in the education of children.
The program strives to meet the following goals:
- Provide families with a quality, comprehensive program to prepare children for kindergarten.
- Assist children in reaching their full potential through activities that develop confidence, inquiry skills, self-esteem, social skills, physical skills, self-regulationand teamwork.
- Support academic skill development in a fun and enriching environment.
