GSRP Four-Year-Old Preschool
The Michigan Great Start Readiness Program (GSRP) is a state-funded preschool program for 4-year-old children. In Midland County, GSRP preschool programs are part of the Midland County Quality Preschool Partnership, a voluntary collaboration of agencies that provide state and federally funded preschool services. GSRP classrooms implement HighScope, a developmentally appropriate and research-based curriculum approved by the Michigan Department of Education. The GSRP programs at the Pre-Primary Center run Monday - Friday, and we follow closely to the Midland Public Schools calendar. All 4-year-old children can qualify for free preschool and the income guidelines have changed. For more information, please review our GSRP enrollment flyer.
